This work isn’t something I do -
it’s who I am.

I meet people in the underworld

In the unraveling.
The stripping away.
The deaths we don’t always choose
but are called to walk through.

I don’t tell you who to be.
I don’t hand you a map.
I walk beside you in the dark -
steady, present, reverent -
guiding you back to your own somatic compass,
your heart as anchor, your body as oracle.

This isn’t permission work.
It’s presence work.
A space where your truth can rise -
not because I give it to you,
but because we create the conditions
where it no longer needs to hide.

This is your sacred voyage.
A holy return to your true nature.
Simple. Pure. Clear.

Every step, a new timeline.
Every breath, a portal.

Because there is nothing more natural than who you truly are.

Why I Call Myself a Somatic Mystic

I call myself a Somatic Mystic because I believe the body is not separate from the sacred.

My spirituality isn’t abstract -
it’s lived and breathed through the body.
Through sensation. Through truth.
Through what arises in the moment.

To me, being a mystic means walking with reverence in the unknown -
and being willing to listen to what most people avoid.

My work is rooted in the knowing that healing, insight, and transformation
don’t just happen in the mind.
They bloom in the body -
through presence, practice, and deep relationship with self.

This is embodied spirituality.
This is where the mystery meets the marrow.

I Wasn’t Broken - I Was Being Initiated

Much of my path has unfolded in the dark -
through grief, illness, rupture, and reinvention.

I’ve walked through many underworlds -
not as a concept,
but as real, lived descent:

When the systems of my life stopped working.
When my health collapsed without clear answers.
When I left behind identities that no longer fit.
When I was cracked open by endings I didn’t choose.

There were years when everything unravelled -
my relationships, my body, my sense of self.
Where clarity didn’t come from logic,
but from surrender.
Where I had to let go of striving
and meet myself in the deepest stillness.

It was in this space - raw, aching, real -
that the myths began to whisper.

Not as stories to be understood,
but as living maps to walk through.

The dark feminine archetypes -
descent goddesses, wild initiators -
offered me a new way of seeing:

That the breakdown was not a failure.
It was a rite of passage.
A holy return.
Not to who I had been -
but to who I really was.

This is what I carry now.
Not the path, but the torch.
Not answers, but presence.

To meet what aches.
To listen in the dark.
To remember the wisdom your body has been holding all along.

This is the mycelial thread beneath all my work.
The Living Method grew from this fertile ground -
woven through lived experience, deep study,
and the sacred pause that allowed it all to land.

What I Stand For

I stand for you knowing yourself so deeply
that you cannot be gaslit, manipulated, or boxed.

A kind of knowing that lives in your bones -
not just sacred, but sovereign.
Not loud, but unshakeable.

I honour the nuance of your embodiment -
the way truth moves through you, uniquely.
The rhythm of your nervous system,
your voice,
your timing,
your “yes” and your “no” -
none of it needs to fit anyone else’s mold.

There is no one-size-fits-all way to love, live, or express who you are.
And you are not here to be palatable.

You’re here to be free.

This is reclamation.
This is spiritual.
This is somatic.
This is deeply human.

You are not here to be palatable.

You are here to be free.

On Shame, Stigma & Liberation

Wholeness is not conditional.

I live with Herpes -
and I speak about it openly, honestly, and without shame.

Not to fight a system of stigma,
but to embody a deeper truth:

That intimacy and wholeness
aren’t defined by any diagnosis.

Through mentorship, education, and lived example,
I offer a different way -
one rooted in love, clarity, and self-trust.

A full, honest, love-filled life
is not only possible -
it’s yours to claim.

Especially in intimacy.
Especially in dating.
Especially in the places we’ve been told to hide.
