Invitation: Before you begin writing, take a moment to be as comfortable as possible in your body. Close your eyes and focus your attention on your breath. Allow each breath to be intentional, slow, and deep. With each inhale and exhale come more fully to the present moment, and notice how you feel in your heart and in your belly. Take a few breaths like this, and when you are complete, open your eyes and begin the form.
