I offer a variety of ways you can work with me, from one-off sessions and packages, to longer-term supportive mentorships.
This is to meet an array of personal needs, as well as financial circumstances. My offerings are priced considerately and I believe that everyone should have access to the education and support they feel they need and are ready for, therefore I offer spacious payment plans and scholarship places when I am able to.
RE:SOURCE CALLS
For individuals or couples, RE:SOURCE Calls are designed to give you clarity on your presenting issue or topic so you can create positive change in your life or with a specific situation. Sometimes, we need a helping hand to make sense how best to approach delicate or uncertain situations, this is why these sessions offer a space for you to curiously explore, to root yourself in support and to build a path forward that feels doable for you. These calls are also great if you want to experience how I work before applying for my mentorships.
Psychosexual Somatics® Therapy coaching
For individuals seeking support with the emotional, attachment and relational issues we may encounter at various stages of out lives. Through simultaneously combining mental, emotional and physical aspects of your human experience, rapid transformational growth and healing can occur. Individual sessions can be booked on a regular and rolling basis to support you to reach your desire outcome.

To build solid foundations in unshakable self-trust, unwavering self-kindness and the skills to navigate complexity and challenge with love, maturity and grace. To build your capacity to be actively engaged in your life by reconnecting with the real you; the loveable, good enough and capable person you truly are!

RE:SOURCE is my shape-shifting, supportive mentorship for those who have created their foundations and want ongoing support and guidance whilst they root in and embody what they have learned. To support and enhance your life-giving nature and well-being, through deepening self-connection and embodiment. Building on the qualities of 'new life, new growth and enrichment' via regular sessions which include mentorship and somatic guidance. This is for those that want to nourish their healthy roots and want to blossom in new, expanded ways of embodiment and expression.
This is a great resource to have in life, especially when rooting in new, more honest ways of being and doing life. The shapeshifting nature means there are a number of ways to join.
